• Account information — your email address and password credentials when you create an account.
• Order information — the items you buy, order totals, shipping address, contact email, and phone number when provided.
• Payment information — card details are entered directly into our payment processor's secure form. We never see or store your full card number.
• Loyalty information — your rewards balance and redemption history, matched to your account by email or phone number.
• Technical information — basic log and device data generated when you browse the site.

• Process and fulfill your orders, including shipping and in-store pickup.
• Send transactional messages such as order confirmations, receipts, and shipping updates.
• Maintain your account, sign-in, and password reset.
• Track and apply loyalty rewards.
• Prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and meet tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

We share only the information each provider needs to perform its function on our behalf:

• Square — payment processing and the loyalty program.
• Shippo — shipping labels, carrier rates, and tracking.
• Resend — delivery of order confirmation and account emails.
• Supabase — hosting of our database, accounts, and product images.

Each of these providers handles your data under its own privacy terms. We may also disclose information when required by law.

We use cookies and browser storage that are necessary for the site to work — keeping you signed in and remembering the contents of your cart. You can block cookies in your browser, but sign-in and checkout will not function.

We keep account and order records for as long as your account is active and afterwards for as long as needed to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. You can ask us to close your account at any time.

• Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate.
• Ask us to delete your account and associated personal information, subject to records we must keep.
• Unsubscribe from marketing email at any time. Transactional order emails will still be sent.
