Terms of Service

Nearly everything we sell is secondhand and one-of-one. Items are described and photographed as accurately as we can, but vintage pieces carry normal signs of wear, and colors can look different on different screens. Because stock is unique, an item may sell in store while it is still in your cart.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when your payment is captured and your order confirmation email is sent. If an item turns out to be unavailable, damaged, or mispriced, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

• Prices are shown in U.S. dollars.
• Kentucky sales tax of 6% is applied to every order.
• Shipping is a flat $7.00 on orders with a merchandise subtotal under $100.00.
• Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $100.00 or more ship free.
• In-store pickup has no shipping charge.

Payments are processed by Square. By submitting payment you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method. We do not store your card details.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you believe your account has been used without your permission. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse.

Our loyalty program is run through Square. Points are earned on qualifying purchases and rewards can be applied at checkout when available on your account. Points and rewards have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and may be adjusted or removed if the related order is refunded or canceled. Program terms may change.

• Do not use the site for unlawful purposes or to infringe anyone's rights.
• Do not attempt to break, probe, or overload the site or its accounts.
• Do not scrape, resell, or republish our photos and copy without permission.

The Thrifted name, logo, site design, product photography, and written content belong to Thrifted and may not be used without our written permission.

The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, and any dispute will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Jefferson County, Kentucky.
